Adjustment:
  1. Install thesprayer parts correctly. Check the connection for leaks. When using, install the water test spray first, then refill the medicine.
  2. according to the operating procedures before the operation, strictly comply with the use of drugs to prepare pesticides. Before filling the liquid in the liquid medicine tank, be sure to turn off the switch to prevent the liquid from leaking out. The liquid should be filtered by the filter, and the liquid level of the liquid should not exceed the safe water level.
3.Put the sprayer on the back, press the pressure bar up and down to a certain pressure in the left hand (the number of compressions is about 30 times/min), and the handle of the right hand holds the handle of the spray bar to open the switch and swing the spray bar according to the plant being sprayed (or Area) The size of the switch is adjusted so that the nozzle can be sprayed up and down or left and right as required.
4.When the liquid is filled for the first time, since the air chamber and the spray bar contain clean water, the concentration of the liquid sprayed in the first 2 to 3 minutes of the sprayis low, so it is necessary to pay attention to the spray, so as not to affect the control effect of the pests and diseases.
5.Pay attention to the spraying, hand-eye coordination, force should be rhythm, spray the nozzle at the plant parts affected by pests and diseases, be thoughtful, uniform, correct and safe.
6.After the work is completed, the residual liquid in the barrel should be poured out in time, and washed with water to dry it. At the same time, check whether there is any water in the air chamber. If there is accumulated water, remove the water joint and release the accumulated water.
7.If the sprayeris not used in a short period of time, the main parts should be cleaned, wiped dry, and stored in a cool dry place. If it is not used for a long time, apply grease to each metal part to prevent rust.
