Brief introduction
This greenhouse tobacco seeding machine is mainly used to cultivate seed into seedling that can be transplanted in the subsequent process. Its capacity is 600 trays/hour and precision rate is more than 97%. Automatic nursery seeding sowing machine adopts electrical air compressor and all operations go automatically,greatly saving labor time. In addition, the size of seed should be within 0.3-12mm .One tray only can contain one seed, which fully can improve survival rate

Working principle
1.Firstly, soil auxiliary funnel drops soil into seedbed
2.Secondly, automatic brush smooths the surface of soil to make it uniform
3.Thirdly,hole digging device make a hole in the middle of seedbed
4.Fourthly,suction needle absorbs the seed and then drop it into the seedbed, and one seedbed just can contain one seed that is able to improve the utilization rate of seed.
5.Finally,brush smooths the soil surface again in order to cover seed and let it grow slowly in the soil.
